Empirical natural mortality estimators
Usage
M_empirical(linf = NULL, k = NULL, tmax = NULL, temp = NULL)
Arguments
- linf, k
growth parameters (cm, per year).
- tmax
maximum observed age (years).
- temp
mean water temperature (deg C) for Pauly's (1980) estimator;
omitted when NULL.
Value
a data frame with method, M and inputs.
