Fit the length-weight relationship

Linear regression of \(\log W\) on \(\log L\) (W in g, L in cm), with the lognormal bias correction \(a = e^{\alpha + \sigma^2/2}\).

Usage

fit_lw(data, species, iter = 1, source = NULL, years = NULL)

Arguments

data

a floss_data or a read_dataset() list.

species

species name.

iter

iteration(s) (pooled).

source

sources to use; default all.

years

years to use; default all.

Value

a floss_fit with pars (a, b).
