Fit a logistic maturity ogive

Binomial GLM (logit link) of maturity (0/1) on length: \(L_{50} = -\beta_0/\beta_1\), \(L_{95} = (\log 19 - \beta_0)/\beta_1\).

Usage

Arguments

data

a floss_data or a read_dataset() list.

species

species name.

iter

iteration(s) (pooled).

source

sources to use; default all.

years

years to use; default all.

bin_cm

length bin for the plotted observed proportions.

Value

a floss_fit with pars (L50, L95).
