True B/Bmsy against F/Fmsy, coloured by species. With several iterations,
one point per species and iteration in the assessment year. With one
iteration (or trajectory = TRUE), the whole history of each species is
drawn as a path from the first year (open circle) to the assessment year
(filled circle), as in JABBA's Kobe plot.
Usage
plot_kobe(x, year = NULL, iters = NULL, species = NULL, trajectory = NULL)
Arguments
- x
a floss_data (uses its answer key) or a floss_om /
floss_oms.
- year
assessment year; default the last year.
- iters
iterations (for operating models; default all).
- species
species to show; default all.
- trajectory
draw the history as a path; default when one iteration
is shown.
