Plot a basic fit

Draws the observations, the fitted curve and the estimates; with truth = TRUE (trainers) the true curve or values are added as dashed lines.

Usage

plot_fit(fit, truth = FALSE, what = NULL)

Arguments

fit

a floss_fit.

truth

add the truth where known.

what

for catch_curve_length(): "curve" or "sel" (selectivity); for cpue_check(): "scatter" or "time".

Value

a ggplot.
