Fixed metier closures

Builds the open share of each metier by month (a 12 x metier matrix) for closures of one or more metiers, all year or for some months, and of all or part of their ground. Pass it as open to ms_simulate() (or multiply it with another open matrix). Displaced days move to the open metiers by expected profit.

Usage

ms_closure(sys, metiers, months = 1:12, share = 1)

Arguments

sys

an ms_system.

metiers

names of the metiers to close.

months

months closed (1-12; default all year), e.g. 2:5 for February to May.

share

share of each metier closed in those months (1 = fully; 0.5 = half its ground, as for an area closure).

Value

A 12 x metier matrix of open shares (1 = open).
