Open-access and status-quo equilibria

ms_open_access() runs the system to equilibrium with the caps set to the fleet capacity, so the days fished are set by profit (the vessels that break even). ms_status_quo() is the same with capacity days per segment.

Usage

ms_open_access(sys, years = 500, cap = 1000, ...)

ms_status_quo(sys, capacity = 1000, ...)

Arguments

sys

an ms_system.

years

years to equilibrium.

cap

capacity (days) by segment.

...

passed to ms_simulate().

capacity

days by segment (scalar or vector).

Value

A list with E_seg (days by segment), B, summary, BBmsy and FFmsy.
