Performance statistics of projection runs

perf_rows.Rd

perf_rows() summarises rows (simulations) of one run over years; ms_performance() does this for a named list of runs.

Usage

perf_rows(
  x,
  rows = NULL,
  years = NULL,
  Bpa = 0.5,
  Blim = 0.25,
  assessed = NULL
)

ms_performance(runs, years = NULL, Bpa = 0.5, Blim = 0.25)

Arguments

x

an ms_sim run with keep = "all".

rows

simulation rows (default all).

years

years to summarise (default the last 20).

Bpa, Blim

reference points relative to Bmsy.

assessed

stocks for worst_P_assessed.

runs

named list of ms_sim runs.

Value

A one-row data frame of performance statistics.
