The style of mseviz::plotBPs(): one panel per statistic, a box per management procedure (10th, 25th, 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles over iterations) with a point at the median; probabilities are shown as a point at their mean.

Usage

plot_bps(
  perf,
  statistics = NULL,
  biol = "All",
  target = c(BBmsy = 0.8, FFmsy = 1, CMSY = 1, PB80 = 0.5),
  limit = c(PBlim = 0.05, PanyBlim = 0.05),
  ncol = 3
)

Arguments

perf

output of ms_perf().

statistics

statistics to include (default all in perf for biol).

biol

a single unit ("All", a segment or a stock code) or several stock codes (one row of panels per stock).

target, limit

named vectors of reference lines by statistic (green and red dashed lines), drawn for the statistics shown. Defaults: targets B/Bmsy = 0.8 (the FAO threshold for overfished stocks), F/Fmsy = 1, Catch/MSY = 1 and P(B > 0.8 Bmsy) = 0.5; limits P(B < Blim) = 0.05 and P(any B < Blim) = 0.05. NULL draws none.

ncol

columns of panels (single unit).

Value

A ggplot.
