Trade-off plots of performance statistics — plot

The style of mseviz::plotTOs(): medians (means for probabilities) of each statistic in y against statistic x, with 10th-90th percentile ranges, one point per management procedure.

Usage

Arguments

perf: output of ms_perf().
x: statistic on the x axis (default total catch).
y: statistics on the y axes.
biol_x, biol_y: units of x and y (default the system, "All").
ncol: columns of panels (single unit).

Value

A ggplot.
